College stalwarts offer fond farewells
IT was the end of an era for staff and students at a Northwich college after two senior members of staff retired.

SUMMER TREAT
Children at Barnton Primary School were given a special treat on Thursday for working hard to keep their classrooms clean.

FUTURE LESSONS
Pupils who will be leaving high school this summer visited Mid-Cheshire College last week to find out what it offers. Children from Hartford, Weaverham, Rudheath and Middlewich enjoyed a taste of college life and learned about courses such as forensic science, music, beauty, computing, fashion and photography. Pupils can call into college after they receive their GCSE results on August 24 between 10am and 4pm. Hartford High pupils Sam Tours, Michael Johnson, Paul Williams, Hartford High headteacher Bob Haywood, lecturer Andrew Finemore, and pupil Jack Pattern enjoy the day.

Future stars
TEACHERS at Middlewich High School believe they may have some stars of the future following a magnificent performance by their sporting pupils.

Dance treat
PUPILS at Greenfields Primary School in Winsford enjoyed the summer nights when they were treated to an end of year dance extravaganza production.
